Section 01

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the baji livr platform. "Services" here refers to the website, mobile application, betting services, casino games and all related activities.

By accessing or registering on the baji livr platform, a user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are asked to refrain from using the service.

1.1 Definitions

The meaning of certain terms used in this document is clarified below:

• "User" or "You" — any person who is registered on the platform or is using the service.
• "Account" — the user's registered personal profile.

Eligibility and Account

To register on baji livr and use its services, each user must meet the eligibility requirements below. Failure to comply may result in account registration being cancelled or suspended.

All baji livr services are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited. If the age verification process confirms that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, bank details — must be accurate and complete. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in the account being cancelled and deposited funds being forfeited. Any change in details must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Password and Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. Allowing a third party to use the account is not permitted. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to baji livr support immediately.

Section 03

Identity Verification

baji livr carries out identity verification (KYC) to ensure a safe and transparent service. This is also essential for the protection of users.

3.1 Required Documents

To verify an account, scans or photos of one or more of the following documents may need to be submitted:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable)

3.2 Impact of Incomplete Verification

Withdrawal access may be limited until the account is fully verified. baji livr may request additional verification documents at any time. If documents are not submitted, or if false documents are provided, the account may be suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the baji livr platform. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Using a third party's account for transactions is strictly prohibited and any such transaction will be cancelled.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

All withdrawal requests go through a verification process. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes, but may take longer if additional verification is required. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the wagering conditions of any active bonus have been met.

Bonuses and Promotions

baji livr offers various promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000 → wagering of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 Weekly baji livr Reward

A 50% bonus can be claimed on any deposit each week, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times and the minimum deposit is ৳200.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Read the specific terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• baji livr reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or any attempt to circumvent the bonus system is detected, the associated account will be closed.

Section 06

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets and playing games on baji livr.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, baji livr reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, data mistake or unusual circumstances. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Odds and Results

Displayed odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final. The decision of the relevant authority is final in determining results.

6.3 Casino Games

baji livr casino games are operated by third-party game providers using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result of each round is independent and random. No game result can be predetermined or influenced.

Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using computer programs, bots or automated software to play.
• Colluding with other users to cheat or circumvent the bonus system.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Impersonating baji livr or its staff.

Account Suspension and Closure

baji livr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect information during the verification process.
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• Signals of a security or fraud risk.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, provided it is consistent with the Terms. In particular, users who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may voluntarily use the responsible gaming service to restrict or close their account.

8.2 Inactive Accounts
